Moose Industries coulters have been in production since 2002, and have been designed to be strong and effective, but still user friendly.

The coulters are available in single and double configuration.

Main Features

VERTICAL HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT – The universal clamp allows for vertical height adjustment of each module, giving flexibility during operation, as well as making it quick and easy to set up on different machines, with various mounting heights.

PRESSURE ADJUSTMENT – The pressure on the spring is adjustable, to suit operator requirements.

ARM ANGLE ADJUSTMENT – The trailing arm (from the swivel to the axle) is adjustable, to suit operator requirements.

HIGH PIVOT POINTS – Both the vertical and horizontal pivot points are positioned high off the ground to minimise damage.

HOLDEN AXLES – The standard axles used are Holden (HT stud pattern) which means easy to source spare parts if needed. Other stud patterns are available on request.

BOLT IN AXLE – The axle is locked into a bush (not welded), to allow for replacement if required. This also allows for future changes in tyne spacing.

OVER-CAPS – Over-caps on each hub are standard. These provide protection for the outer part of the hub, and dust cap.

DISCS – A large range of disc sizes and types are available, including flat, ripple, fluted and wavy.
