Moose industries mounting arms were originally designed, in 2001, to work in conjunction with our single press wheels.
	The concept being a mounting arm that could easily be fitted to any machine, regardless of frame height, with quick, easy height adjustment. The mounting arm can not only be used for mounting press wheel gangs – it can also be used for mounting harrows (on their own or in conjunction with press wheels), coulters, or just about anything you can think of. We have adaptors and other options, including a floating arm, spring loaded and hydraulic. Give us a call to discuss how the mounting arms can suit your needs. sPress wheel sections can be lifted completely out of the ground if not required, or for transport etc. The mounting arms can also be used along the front of the machine to mount coulters. Can also be used to mount other tillage items to seeding machines, or any other application in which adjustment or constant angle lift (through parallelogram system) is required.
Main Features EASY TO MOUNT – Each mounting arm is attached to the machine with two heavy duty U-bolts which allows the mounting arms to be quickly and easily fitted to most machines with three and four inch frames (standard bolt hole assembly). The mounting plate can be made or adapted to suit your needs. PARALLEL LIFT - The parallelogram arrangement ensures that the mounting face remains parallel. Therefore, the vertical pivots of the press wheels (or other implements) remain vertical at all times, regardless of height settings. LARGE MOVEMENT RANGE - The large range of height movement of these arms (approximately 800mm) allows you to completely lift all the wheels off the ground quickly and easily for transport or if not required. FLEXIBILITY - With the ratchet adjustment system, applying extra, or reducing pressure to the whole gang of press wheels is done with a minimum of fuss (If sowing in different soils, or moisture conditions, changing the downward pressure of the press wheels across the whole machine can be done in a matter of a few minutes) BASE MOUNT - The design of the base mount allows for flexibility and control of the placement of wheels as they can be mounted within the bracket if necessary.
